This two-tier fountain takes part in the turn of the century’s obsession with the exotic. Ornamenting the top of the fountain is a scantily-clad woman with a jug at her side. She supports a basin on the top of her head. At the base of the fountain are swans, evoking the traditional symbol of pure beauty and juxtaposing this with exoticism. In excellent, restored, working condition.
